Hello. I’m Helen Whitworth and I’m a Medical Herbalist in Shropshire. Herbal Medicine has been used worldwide for centuries by many varied cultures. Much of the knowledge has been passed down through generations, but more recently medical research is confirming the effectiveness of plant medicine. Herbal treatment seems particularly effective for conditions such as Irritable Bowel Syndrome, Menopause, Premenstrual Syndrome and simple acute infections such as respiratory viruses.
